Directions for use:

Wash sea moss thoroughly to get all salt, sand and any sea debris out. You can be rough with the sea moss to clean properly. After you think it is nice and clean squeeze a key lime and soak with some water for 15-20 minutes. Rinse a few times more and then soak for up to 24 hours in spring or distilled water. Blend with some of the leftover water until you get smooth gel consistency. 

Add directly to shakes, teas, stews, soups and salads or as desired. And as much as you desire! The more Sea moss you ingest the better it is for you!

Store your sea moss gel in a container and keep refrigerated. The sea moss gel will last for 3-4 weeks in the fridge.
