Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Shipping Days: All orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness and prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Holiday Shipping: Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: Shipping is always free within the United States, except for our UnAltrd Bars, which may incur additional charges.
International Orders: We ship globally! However, international orders may include additional shipping costs.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Issues with Delivery
Delays: If your package is delayed, please send an inquiry to unaltrdbars@gmail.com for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
File a report with the delivery service for lost or damaged packages.
If the damage is proven to have occurred on our end, please email us at unaltrdbars@gmail.com with the official report from the delivery service.
Please note: UnAltrd is not responsible for lost or damaged products unless there is evidence that the issue originated on our end.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase, excluding Sea Moss Gel.
Non-Refundable Products: Sea Moss Gel is non-refundable due to its perishable nature.
Restocking Fee: All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
