1/2 Teaspoon VEHO SEAMOSS GEL- Gold Chondrus Crispus Seamoss Gel – VEHO (veganhoodproducts.com)

 Mix Everything together until smooth. 

Pour Mix into Hot skillet, we like how they come out on the cast iron pot. Will Take About 4-7 Minutes.
