Membership Agreement

UnAltrd Holistic Wellness Club is a private wellness organization. As a member, you gain access to resources, guidance on holistic living, and natural health protocols. Our membership includes both free and paid options. Paid memberships are non-refundable but may be downgraded, paused, or canceled at any time. By joining, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Terms:

  • I understand that I have the right to pursue wellness practices and consult with UnAltrd consultants regarding my health. I acknowledge that these consultants are not medical doctors and do not diagnose or prescribe medical treatment.

  • I agree that all recommendations made by UnAltrd, including botanical supplements, diet advice, and wellness protocols, are general suggestions. These are based on my shared health history, but I take full responsibility for applying them to my wellness journey.

  • I provide permission for UnAltrd representatives to discuss my health concerns and offer educational information, including but not limited to diet, herbal supplements, and natural wellness techniques. This information does not replace professional medical care or diagnosis.

Liability Disclaimer:

  • I understand and accept full liability for my actions in following the advice provided by UnAltrd. I agree not to hold UnAltrd or its representatives liable for any outcomes related to my health.

  • I acknowledge that UnAltrd consultants do not hold malpractice insurance and agree not to pursue legal action against UnAltrd for any outcomes related to consultations or product use.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • I agree to keep my interactions with UnAltrd private and will not share information with external parties, including regulatory boards, insurance companies, or government agencies, without explicit permission from UnAltrd.

  • I understand that the services and products offered by UnAltrd are intended for personal wellness and do not replace necessary medical treatment.

Product Disclaimer:

  • UnAltrd products are considered supplements and not cures for any medical conditions. I understand that these products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. I take responsibility for educating myself on any product I use.

Agreement Acceptance:

By signing this membership agreement or selecting "I agree" when creating my account, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
